Reviews MARC NAHRO bylaws in odd-numbered years, recommends updates, and presents proposed changes to the Board to keep governance clear, current, and compliant.
Leads a transparent nomination and election process for regional officers — solicits candidates, verifies eligibility, and certifies results for a fair, open election cycle.
Manages applications, judging, and award recommendations for MARC NAHRO scholarships; coordinates reporting and disbursements to ensure an equitable, timely process.
Recommends future conference locations and supports program planning to deliver high-value learning and networking experiences for the region.
Tracks federal and regional policy issues, coordinates feedback to NAHRO’s Legislative Advisory efforts, and equips members to advocate effectively with decision-makers.
Guides long-range goals, metrics, and priorities; monitors progress and recommends adjustments to keep MARC NAHRO focused on member impact.
