	May 22, 2007 Dear Conference Attendees: It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to Ocean City, Maryland for the Pirates of the Chesapeake Conference! We hope that you find this experience to be one of learning, sharing and meeting great people. Nearly 300 people will be in attendance this year, which showcases the commitment to education by those who provide affordable housing in the MARC region. The Conference has over 40 great sessions and events for you to attend, with over 60 presenters eager to provide you with amazing information. While you are here, take time to visit your friends in the Exhibit Hall. Many businesses have come to the conference to share information with you. Please stop in, say, “Hello!” We trust that your time in Ocean City will be well spent and worthwhile.
