Report of the 2005 MARC NAHRO Nominating Committee, February 11, 2005
May 21, 2009 (Thursday Lunch meeting 12:00-1:15 p.m.)
Annual General Membership Meeting/ Awards Presentations in Ocean City,
MD at the Holiday Inn Convention Center, there will be the
Election of Officers 2009-2011, and Members at-large 2009-2012.

- President appoints Nominating Committee of five members (at least 80 days before Annual Meeting)
- March 31, 2009 (Tuesday)
- Nominations must be announced at
least 50 days in advance of the MARC Annual Meeting
Notice of the slate of Nominees to be posted/distributed immediately upon RSO receipt of Slate.
- April 20, 2009 (Monday)

If there is competition, the
Secretary must transmit ballots 20 days before the General
Meeting. To comply with this Bylaws provision, Member
Associates' names and addresses supplied by NAHRO will be
used for balloting.
If no competition, the Election Committee at the General Membership Meeting declares the slate of nominees elected.
If there is a “run-off,” then voting Online will be available to those Members not requesting a paper ballot.
Paper Slate & Ballot Request: If there is a “run-off,” and you choose a paper announcement of the Slate, and wish to vote by paper ballot, please send a mailing address to Larry Cobb, MARC-NAHRO RSO, 250 Slippery Rock Road, Slippery Rock, PA 16057.
