The Middle Atlantic Regional Council of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (MARC-NAHRO) is holding its Annual Conference and Exhibition May 4 - 6, 2008 at the Seaview Hotel in Absecon.
You are invited to take advantage of a very special marketing opportunity available to your business. Descriptions and Application Sheets are below. You may pay by check attached to copies of the Application Sheets, or Online.
Through the MARC NAHRO Annual Conference your business can reach the decision-makers in public housing, redevelopment and community development in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Become a Platinum, Gold or Silver Sponsor
Sponsorships are not for an individual event, but will be recognized throughout the entire Conference and will be given special attention, meetings with the leadership and a Sponsor’s Only Page in the Journal. Three free registrations are included.
Sponsor a Specific Social Event at the Conference
Sponsoring a social event at the conference is a fun and much-appreciated way for MARC-NAHRO members to meet you and get to know more about your company. A sign featuring your company name will be prominently displayed at the event, and your company will be recognized in the conference program book. To sponsor a social event, just indicate your choice on the Conference Contract, and return it today. Two free registrations are included.
Exhibit at the MARC-NAHRO Annual Conference
Only MARC-NAHRO offers exhibitors an opportunity to reach so many of the people who make the buying decisions for housing and community development agencies. As an exhibitor at the 2008 Annual Conference you will have direct exposure to housing and redevelopment agency officials from across the region. In addition, you will receive a 20% discount on ad space purchased in the conference program book.
During the conference, the exhibit area will be set-up for two days (May 4th & 5th ) with viewing on Sunday afternoon from 12:00 Noon till 2:00 PM, and all day Monday, in addition to the evenings during all receptions. The Vendors will be set-up in the Ballroom where all meals will be served. All viewing hours have been scheduled during prime, non-competitive times. Only a limited number of spaces are available, so early reservations are recommended. To participate as an exhibitor, fill out the Application for Exhibit Space below and return it, along with your deposit to secure a place at the 2008 MARC-NAHRO Conference at the Marriott Seaview Resort in Absecon, New Jersey. Please note that the spaces available are 6 x 8 feet. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. One free registration is included.

Advertise in the Conference Program Book
At the Conference, attendees receive a conference agenda program book. The program book is a resource attendees refer to throughout the conference, making it an excellent showcase for your company.
Placing an ad in the program book couldn’t be easier. Simply send in your camera-ready art, along with the Conference Contract and your payment before the deadline indicated on the form.
