MARC-NAHRO General Membership Meeting
Tuesday, May 10, 2005, 9:00 a.m.

Opening: Pledge of Allegiance

1. Mary Paumen, President called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m., welcomed Members and guests. The Agenda was accepted as distributed. A quorum was present.

2. Ray Bender moved and Herb Sigel seconded the approval of General Membership Meeting Minutes, Wilmington, DE, May 4, 2004. Motion passed.

3. Bill Snyder, Treasurer, presented the financial report.

· The Biennial Audit ending September 30, 2003, described a sound operation with no findings.
· A Committee will study and recommend on investments: Chair Ray Bender

4. President's Report: Paumen

· Election Committee Report. Thanks to the Nomination Committee, Chair Ray Bender. Under the Bylaws: The slate is declared elected. (See attached Report. Terms begin at the end of the October National NAHRO Conference.)
· Thanks to the Delaware Valley Chapter-NAHRO for sponsoring the Annual Conference.
· May 2006 Annual Conference to be held in New York City. Updates and registration on Web site: www.marcnahro.org
· Bylaw revision to be voted at the 2006 General Membership Meeting: "During the two-year term of office, the Senior Vice President serves, ex officio, as a Regional representative to the NAHRO Board of Governors."

5. Senior Vice President's Report: Larry Loyd

· Regional Awards of Merit and Excellence (See the Attached List)
· NAHRO Israel Trip: Loyd and Kerron Barnes served as delegates (paid own expenses)

9. Adjournment. Peg Murphy moved, with second by Fred Purnell, motion passed at 10:35 a.m.
